The European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) Task Force developed 10 evidence-based recommendations for physical activity in inflammatory arthritis and osteoarthritis (rheumatoid arthritis [RA], spondyloarthritis, and hip and knee osteoarthritis).1 The multidisciplinary task force from 16 countries conducted 2 systematic literature reviews that included 96 articles published between 1985 and 2017, with 66 randomized, controlled trials.
