Patients with early-onset disease were more likely to have salivary gland enlargement (P = .045), adenopathy (P = .006), purpura (P = .002), renal involvement (P = .003), hypergammaglobulinemia (P < .001), RF positivity (P < .001), low C3 level (P = .032), low C4 level (P = .048), and autoantibodies (anti-SSA, P < .001) (anti-SSB, P < .001).
